Once your file is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing a reference number. You can contact your dedicated adviser at any time by email or phone, quoting this number. An online customer area is also available to check the progress of your file.

The documents generally required are: a valid identity document (national ID card or passport), a recent proof of address (less than 3 months old), your last 3 payslips or tax notice, and bank account details. The exact list will be communicated by your adviser after analysis of your initial request.

Yes, as long as your contract is not signed, you can cancel or modify your application at any time free of charge. After signing, you benefit from a legal cooling-off period of 14 calendar days to cancel the contract without penalty, in accordance with European Directive 2008/48/EC.

If you are dissatisfied, send your written complaint to reclamations@euro-creditpro.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 10 working days and provide a definitive response within a maximum of 2 months. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the competent Consumer Ombudsman.
